Red wine

This particular sauce, a culinary delight, is a Delicious option that turns any type of meat, especially red meat, into an exquisite special dish.
Although it is usually recommended to accompany red meats, this sauce combines very well meats such as chicken or pork.

MODE OF USE OR INTENDED USE

Pre defrost for 12 hours. Heat in a pot in hot water (boiling), immerse the product for 15 minutes or until it reaches 75°c at its thermal center. Open and consume immediately once you re heat.

Sauce made from red wine, in reduction with shallot onion previously sautéed in butter and red olive oil with salt.
